    Hi Samuel. Part of it is that I just watched my wife die of breast cancer in May 2022 at 52 years old. I thought it was almost impossible for pca to return after 15 years and I am not ready to go through what my wife just endured

    Hi . So sorry to hear of the passing of your wife. Your anxiety is certainly understandable. All I can say is that we have quite a few men here who have dealt successfully with recurrence and that treatments have come a long way in recent years.
