"Hi Will, I enjoy reading your updates. May 22 was my one year anniversary of my radical laparoscopic robotic prostatectomy. Incontinence has greatly improve, but I wear a thin pad just in case I sneeze, cough, laugh, or lift. I'm taking a daily 20 mg Sildenafil pill with a little improvement. Just like you, I wanted to get back to mountain hiking, but had more surgeries: two hernia operations and cataracts removed with plastic lenses implanted. I can see details and colors! Good luck with your cataract surgery. My PSA remains undetectable for prostate cancer. I have no regrets about my surgery; I wanted the cancer out of my body. I do have have friends who chose radiation, and most are doing well. One has had hormone therapy as well as radiation. Good luck. I want to read more about your hike with your son."
