"This is an update on my (no prostate) health for anyone interested, along with a question for the community "out there". I am almost 17 months beyond my robotic surgery for prostate removal. I still exercise several times per week and am still very active. I have passed a 3 month and 6 month PSA check with no PSA showing up and am clear for a whole year! I continue to use pads, both thin ones, and thicker ones in my briefs. I find that the thicker ones will usually take me through a whole day with my normal activities. I find that thin ones will take me through a day if I am NOT very active at all-mostly sitting activities. So I use a combination of them depending on how my day is going to go. I use both generics and name brands with no discernable difference between them. While I would like to be free of pads, and was hoping to be so by this time, I have found that my control has plateaued no matter which exercises I do or how often. While pads are a mild irritant in life, they have not slowed me down in what I want to do. I just plan ahead! I feel that there are worst problems to have (like cancer), than to wear pads! So, I write to anybody "out there" who may be wondering if the dripping will ever end. And of course, I cannot predict for you. But don't let it hinder or limit you. One question I have for the community is, I am wondering how many men still have this issue? "
