    Yup I was there as well - The hot flashes, anxiety and depression – my wife had little sympathy having gone thorough her change of life.
    Not fun but if you can try to stay active (walking riding a bike etc) for some reason exercise helped me a lot as did a ceiling fan. I also found that the use of a handheld personal fan with a water spray was a blessing - especially in the warm summer months. ... Dennis (prostatecancer.net TEAM)
