"I had surgery on April 16, so I'm entering my 3rd week of recovery. I'm still experiencing discomfort from my navel to the bottom of my pelvic floor, although most of the swelling has gone down. Incontinence is my new norm. ED as well. Hoping both will improve over time. Started kegeling yesterday. I've been walking at least once a day, starting to get more energy and sleeping better. "
