Biopsy in 2010 showed nothing even if my PSA was 6.7. Jump to January 2015 biopsy showed PSA 10.4 Gleason 3+4. Surgery to remove (PSA was 21.3) March '15, metastasized to lymph nodes and neck of bladder. Will never forget that phone call... treatable but NOT curable. Lupron injection every 3 months. That treatment will completely ruin your mood, energy, appetite. Now 2019...new Dr says that keeping testosterone levels down is a "theory" so someone please tell me how does one find out if you're dying or doin OK?
