Chronic Radiation Proctitis

I had stereotactic radiation treatment after my Gleason score rose from 6 on diagnosis to 3+4 after 2 years. My PSA at the start of treatment was 4.2. The treatment was over 5 sessions and very targeted. I had some acute proctitis at the end of the treatment which settled. However, I was diagnosed with chronic Radiation Proctitis about 6 weeks ago, 9 months after the end of the treatment. My PSA is now 0.36 which is brilliant. Anyone out there got any experience on managing chronic radiation proctitis?
