Dutasteride

Hi,
I put this question in yesterday, but now I can't see it anywhere, so I'll try again.

I'm 63 years old with BPH and prostate cancer. Urologist told me not to worry about the cancer (Gleason 6 3+3) and gave me dutasteride (Avodart) for the BPH. My prostate is 62 cc and growing. I get up to pee 3 times every night and have some straining/restriction.

I'm worried about the side effects from dutasteride...... mainly developing aggressive cancer, sexual side effects and getting man breasts.... so I haven't started it yet.

Can anyone give me some feedback on their experiences (good or bad) with dutasteride/Avodart please?
