insurance

I have MEDI-CAL. Should I get med insurance like Kaiser Medi-Care if I need HEMORRHOID SURGERY TO MAKE SURE I GET TOP ATTENTION? I can't afford it, but I can pay for insurance for 3 months and quit it after the surgery? I'M THINKING I get lesser attention having MEDI-CAL.
