Intermittent ADT Therapy

I have been on the IADT program for five years. Receive a Six month Lupron injection. Within 3 months after shot PSA always undetectable. 6 months starts to rise, then starts doubling to it hits 3 sometimes 4. Get injection and drops to undetectable in 4 months. Does anyone have experience with being on the intermittent plan they can share?
