Hi . I can't personally speak to the MRI guided Linac (linear accelerator) stereotactic body radiotherapy, but I can share with you this article about a clinical trial comparing it to computed tomography–guided radiation: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamaoncology/fullarticle/2800541. "The results of this study suggest a significant advantage to MRI-guided radiotherapy, which allows aggressive margin reduction, for patients with prostate cancer." This is a relatively new treatment, so the authors note that longer-term follow up will confirm whether the benefits persist. Hopefully others will chime in with their experiences.
