PROSTATE CANCER

I have difficulty in urinating it comes out with urgency like I'VE BEEN holding back all day and then letting it flow it comes out slow and pauses with a burn from where the upper thighs meet the lowest part of the abdomen, groin area. burns inside the penis, too! NOT LIKE AT THE TIP OF MY HEAD OF PENIS AS IF I HAD A VENIERIAL DISEASE. I need to go get checked. I guess kind of scared. Can I go into the emergency AT the hospital and get checked? When I NEED TO DO A BM, it's HARD TO URINATE BUT HAS THAT URGENCY LIKE NEEDING TO PEE. I've been constipated very badly for 2 years because of having my teeth pulled and waiting for dentures. not chewing food well, gums are teeth. So, my problem can be from being constipated 2 years no teeth, or a prostrate problem? I MAKE A BM ONCE A WEEK. I don't have a problem getting a stiffy with ejaculation especially if I put my finger up in my manhole, I guess rubbing my prostrate? I'm scared to get checked I'm 63 and my father beat prostate cancer. My dad is 93 he had cancer at 68. He took the (seeds) implanted instead of chemotherapy. SEEDS? SCARED Can I go into the emergency to get checked?
