PSI 0f 43

August 20 22 I had 3+ 3 cancer and doing watchful waiting I am doing PSI test every 90 days scoring around 5 in January I had another biopsy no change in July I had MRI and a pet scan no change the end of July my PSI test came back 50.64 I did another 2 days later and it came back 42.01. No signs of infection I told my doc I had pulled a glute muscle and my IT band and I have not been able to run or exercise for the last month he said this would make no difference . I am doing another test in Sept and if it does not go down biopsy again any ideas what is causing this
