I would also like to note that I had TURP for BPH 17 years ago. My Urologist was concerned that the earlier TURP could make radiation problematic. My Radiation Oncologist (recommended by my Urologist) was unfazed and it turned out to be a non-issue. My prostate was 47 cc as estimated from the last MRI. Large, for sure, but not crazy big for 68 year old. Again, well within treatment parameters per my Radiation Oncologist.
