Urethral sling for incontinence?

Does anyone have experience with a urethral sling for incontinence? I’m three years after a prostatectomy and I still have some incontinence (two pads a day). This is not supposed to be typical, but it’s what I’ve got. (It’s a mesh support under the ureter to firm it up so that it contracts better and closes more fully, installed by surgery.)
