"I'm a PC survivor of about 17 years and appear to be clear as my PSA has been below 1 for years. I did elect to have surgery in 2001. I had trouble maintaining an erection even with the blue pill and injections (horrid). Eventually I received a penis implant and once recovered thought "Why did I wait so long." It gave me confidence that I could satisfy my partner completely, which satisfies me. I can have feelings of ejaculating, usually when masturbating. Anybody who wants to talk about this I"m very uninhibited. I'm a "model" for my doctor when patients are unsure about getting the implant. I talk to them and if requested will demonstrate it.
