   <p>This is the exact situation that occurred for me. In my case, my oncologist stated there were probably lagging cancer cells in the prostate bed. He gave me the option of waiting until the cancer appeared on the scan or radiotherapy. I chose radiotherapy and my PSA has been 0.01 for 9 years now. No problems! </p>

   <p><inline-mention username="CommunityMember3d3e22" user-id="6915654"/> My husband is in a similar situation. After his radical prostatectomy it was discovered his margins were not clear. He psa has continued to rise over the past several years, a little more slowly during the last couple years, but still not necessary to treat. He has also had the PSMA and annual body scans and the tests do not yet show any cancer cells. He was diagnosed and had his surgery and chemo treatments beginning15 years ago, so the slow rise and undetectable cancer cells have continued for a long time for him. I hope that helps encourage you. I&#39;m not able to address your concerns about the glucose levels. </p>
