Slowly rising PSA
I had a rising PSA, went from 3.5 to 4.0 then 5.2. I was referred to a Urologist who order a 3TMRI and a PSA test, PSA came back a 3.5 free PSA was 30 MRI found no lesions.
Slight discomfort in perineum
My Urologist said I have BPH and is currently treating me with pro max. 4mg every day after a meal.
My concern is I have slight pain the in the perineum. It’s not bad just nagging I don’t have it all the time.
How accurate is the 3TMRI in detecting prostate cancer?
