Metastatic prostate cancer

My prostate cancer was found after distant metastatic spread to my lymph nodes at age 75. My Oncologist told me it is incurable and mine probably won’t go into remission. I am doing hormone therapy with abiraterone and prednisone and before I stared psa was 26 and after almost my 30 days on it psa is now in the 13’s. My worst side effects are hot flashes. Anyone else with similar story?
