Insurance

Health insurance

I live in Canada. I like to travel to the USA, therefore, I have to, for my own health obtain travel insurance. In the process of obtaining insurance, some companies rate me as high risk because they classify me as having prostate cancer. Others say because I have had a proctectomy I am a lower risk. Some say I am cancer free now. Some say you have cancer and that's it. My question is do I just say "No" to cancer on the applications?
