   <p>That kind of hatred will eventually consume you. Easier said than done, I know, but try to let it go.<br/><br/><br/>I never smoked, ate right, drink very little and exercise more than people half my age. I run 5k and 10k races. I average 16,000 steps a day, did 5.7 million steps last year. That&#39;s right, million.<br/><br/><br/>I also am on 4 meds for high blood pressure, have an aortic aneurysm, and was treated for PCa last year. My cardiologist says I have bad genes, nothing I can do about it. I also blame no one and try to live my blessed life as best I can. It is what it is. I am hugely happy and would change very little in my life.<br/><br/><br/>Try to move on...</p>
