Stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis

Prior to meeting my Medical Oncologist, my wife and I met with the PA. After the pleasantries, she says: "Sorry that you have Stage 4 Prostate Cancer. My wife and I stared at each other. The PA realized our bewilderment and left. We both immediately, Google Stage 4 cancer. Hell, there is no stage 5!!!DURING TREATMENT
