After a prostate cancer diagnosis, you may find that sexual attraction takes on a lower priority in your life. Perhaps it is the worry about the disease, or perhaps you are experiencing the physical and psychological impacts of your treatments. Either way, prostate cancer can take a toll on your partner and your family relationships.

Given that we do not remain newlyweds for life, and the fact that it is often easy for men in particular to overlook their partner's needs, I thought it might be helpful to share how my wife and I have rekindled our relationship following my two run-ins with prostate cancer.
