Hi,
My husband is 57; In September he went for routine bloodwork to include a PSA. Our primary Dr. said his PSA was 4.61. She suggested he make an appointment with a urologist, but it wasn't a rush. Fast forward to January, 4 months later, His PSA is now over 8. They ran a 4k score PSA and results show he is a 40% risk of aggressive cancer. He is scheduled for an MRI in 10 days. Instead of continuing down the Google rabbit hole I was hoping to get some insight from this community. How accurate is the 4k score test? Any words of wisdom? Thank you!
