Any advice would be greatly received regarding recent terminal diagnois

My uncle who is 56 has recently been diagnosed with the following

- Diagnosis:
Prostate cancer, Gleason 4+5=9 involving all 11 core biopsies. Presenting PSA 89. Staging scan shows
indeterminate tiny sclerotic bone lesions but pelvic retroperitoneal and thoracic lymph nodes.

He has been told that there is nothing that can be done for him. I have no experience with this and my family is absolutely heartbroken. He has a young family himself and I am just looking for any advice on if there is any avenues I can follow up on his behalf.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and please do contact me if you know of anything at all that I can look into on his behalf.

  1. Cancer treatment of America in Philadelphia has a deparment that is for people who have had the cancer break out of the capsule. Also I am in a support group, some that have had this happen or on Meds which are helping.
