Cancer prostate radiation caused a hematoma/tumor on prostate

Been diagnosed having prostate cancer since 1992 when my PSA was 4. In a short few years it went up to 7.4, 9.6, 16.2, 21, back to 16 and later kept going up. I chose not doing any procedure and feel I made the right choice. However, I developed serious urine retention in 2020 and ended up in the ER and have had a catheter ever since. It effected my kidneys. I have gotten along OK but about a year ago I started having blood and urine pass AROUND the catheter out through the sides of my penis. Making it clear, no blood in the urine coming from the bladder. MRIs showed one side of my prostate was very large. Saw the oncologist and he said that radiation should be done and would only require about 3-5 radiation treatments. That sounded good to me. I know people that have radiation done and have as many as 35 treatments usually 5 treatments a week. I had two and all was very good. The blood almost completely stopped as well as urine leakage coming out around the catheter. The third treatment just about did me in. I developed severe pain in my rectum to the point of not being able to sit. They did further tests with CTs and MRIs and found that I had developed a very serious hematoma/tumor attached to my prostate and because of the seriousness of it they can not do any surgery in fear of my bleeding to death. I must say that I just recently turned 90 so that has played a part with decisions doing nothing but watching to see if some miracle will happen with the hematoma/tumor shrinking on its own.

I should have mentioned earlier that my PSA was a high 68.4 before radiation. After the radiation treatments, it went to 16, then to 10 and now the PSA is 3+.

My question is: Would HIFU be an answer to getting rid of this hematoma/tumor since outright surgery is out of the question?
