    1. Hi having a PSA of 0.65 post-surgery and moving towards radiation with testosterone suppression is a significant step, and it's great that you're actively seeking ways to support your health during this phase.

Consulting with a dietician who specializes in prostate cancer aftercare can be incredibly beneficial. They can provide tailored advice on the best dietary choices to support your health during and after treatment. Nutrition plays a key role in your overall well-being and can help manage some side effects of treatments.

As for holistic medicine, many men find that integrating holistic approaches with their medical treatments can be helpful. This might include things like acupuncture, meditation, or herbal supplements. However, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before trying any new holistic methods, especially when undergoing cancer treatments, to ensure they complement your medical care and don't interfere with treatments.

Keep staying proactive about your health, and wishing you the best with your treatment and recovery!

      1. Food as medicine makes a lot of sense for over all body health. All of the health and nutrition folks and gurus I have met in the last 10 years all suggest shopping for food in the perimeter areas of your food market where all of the natural foods are and avoid the center aisles where the junk food is found.

When you stop and think about it the expression "Garbage in equals garbage out" applies to more than just statistics. Personally I believe anything you can do to keep your body well nourished will help in the long run. In Asian nations the incident of prostate cancer is much lower where diets incorporate more fish and veggies. The percentages go up dramatically in countries where the western diet is followed. I do not think you can go too far off base when you follow a healthy diet, get exercise and take responsibility for your personal health care. Dennis(ProstateCancer.net TEAM)

        1. Thank you. I am thinking about black seed oil, apricot seeds, and soursop tea. Any thoughts?
