HDR Brackytherapy

Hi All,

Gleason 7, PSA 8.9, tumour contained with the prostate. Opted for HDR bracky as a mono treatment. Two ops preformed 1 week apart in June/july23. My PSA dropped from 8.9 pre op to nadir of 2.5 eight months later now spiked to 3.4. I’d be very grateful if anyone could let me know how this compares to their PSA time lines and your thoughts on HDR brackytherapy.
