My side effects from LUPRON an XTANDI are hot flashes and tiredness- I am 83 , have been on this ADT prescription for 25 months and my PSA remains undetectable . I feel pretty good

. Thanks for sharing. Remaining undetectable has to feel pretty good. Is there anything that you find helps with the side effects? Best, Richard (Team Member) Essentially, i live with the mild side effects, as i take nothing to alleviate the hot flashes, the muscle tiredness.
This is encouraging. I have gleason 8 contaoned. Leaning toward radiation since 30 to 40 percent chance i will need it after surgery anyway.
I hope being an active pickleball player and walker will help a lot.
How bad is the weight gain? Im not overweight but like to eat.
Also concerned about long term effects on heart and dimentia.
