Nerve pain

I am 3 years post prostate removal robotic. Directly after surgery, severe pain in my pelvis that went from my butt all the way to the tip of my penis after years of massage therapy and physical therapy. It is not as bad now. The nerve pain is still there from what I understand. It is my Pural nerve. I also excrete urine when I climax. I still do not get full erections, but I can orgasm any help would be appreciated. I have attempted to talk with many different doctors no resolution yet.
