Prostate cancer awareness
My PSA was in normal range with a slight increase for about 1 year. Due to the slight increases, my Urologist performed a DRE. The DRE detected swelling on the prostate, which triggered my Urologist to perform a biopsy, that's when the 2 cancer cells were discovered. The DRE is very important!
, thank you for sharing this. It's helpful information for the community to know. I believe all men should let their voices be heard. There are many men that don't think these tests are important.
