Yes, but if they did this very low cost test on every male, they wouldn’t have big spending fat juicy metastatic customers like you.
And this is exactly what happened in the years right after the PSA test was introduced. Profits tanked. Thankfully this was fixed by the introduction of the concept of “over treatment” of the poor men.
Every man you meet that was cured, was over treated.
Every man that is metastatic was under treated/under checked.
