psa post treatment

Am new here. Back in 12/24, saw urologist for urinary problems.....trouble starting, weak stream, dribbles, etc. Was told most probably due to BPE. HAD MRI which came back abnormal. Had prostate biopsy, showed Gleason 4+3=7, Grade 3. DNA showed cancer was aggressive. ( I didn't even know cancer had a DNA). Was given Hormone shot (6 mos) and sent for 45 radiation treatments. PSA prior was 8.6. 6 mos after Hormone shot and 2 mos after radiation, PSA showed .1. No further treatment. Is now 14 mos since and have PSA checked every 3 mos. Has been steadily rising..... .1 to .14 to .18 and then .2. Urologist and Oncologist at odds. Urologist thinks no worries, Oncologist says should go back on Hormones as he suspects cancer not eradicated. Had last PSA 1 month after the .2 reading and is now .24. Anyone with similar experience....and is rising PSA anything to be worried about?? Thought I had this licked....but now not so sure. Thanks.
