Rapid Rise in psa

Psa 4.08 October 2019. Failed Prostate removal February 2020. Lupron injection March2020. Radiation June 2020. Radiation treatment was working fine ,psa was great.
November 2022, psa went from .95 to 5.95 .May 4 2022 psa went from 5.95 to 33.85.
I am freaking out. Schedule for a pet scan may 11 2022.
It's a aggressive cancer ,please any advice or information .
