Still producing seminal like fluid

I’m somewhat interested in the fact that following prostatectomy I’m still producing seminal like fluid during orgasm.
I understand the Seminal Vesicles are removed along with the prostate gland so am at odds to find an explanation as to why this (seminal fluid) is still present after 5 months and numerous, so called, ‘dry orgasms’.
Any insights?
