Swelling in groin area 6 months after prostate removed

As the topic states ,its been 6 months since my prostate surgery immediatly following sugery the area below my abdomin looks different as I now have a pouch. I also seem to swell up as the day goes on This has been going on since the surgery. Ive had a CAT scan which showed some fluid build up in the area of the surgery which was surgically drained today but I dont think this is going to improve the swelling Was just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this.
