Tumor on spine

I have had prostate cancer for five years and it has continued to pop up periodically. I have had it on my pelvis, lower lumbar and neck. I had radiation in all three areas. I now have it on nodes on my left lung and a malignant tumor on my spine that has caused a compression fracture. Anyone else seen this progression and can tell me what’s next or how they dealt with the situation. Is it going to just follow my vertebrae one at a time every year?

  1. Hi this is a lot for you to have to deal with. I can't even imagine how difficult this is for you. I would definitely encourage you to speak with your doctor, as they know your situation the best. I also wanted to send over this article from one of our members who share a similar story: https://prostatecancer.net/stories/metastatic-prostate-cancer-2. I hope this is helpful and I hope you can get some answers. Jill,prostatecancer.net team
