Ask An Expert: My Penis is Swollen But Not as Erect as it Used to Be

Becca, a pelvic floor physical therapist, answers a community member's question as part of our Ask an Expert video series. The question this week focuses on erections.

"I had nerve-sparing prostatectomy 9 months ago. Before surgery I had very stiff erections. Now I describe it as swollen but not stiff erect as it used to be," a community member writes. "I'm concerned about atrophy ... what should I be doing to make improvements? What is penile rehabilitation?"
