What About Prostate Cancer and Stress?

The words "you have prostate cancer" are perhaps the most frightening words a man can hear. After you get over the initial shock and saying repeatedly -- this cannot be happening, reality sets in.

When stress enters your life...

You begin to recognize that a new and perhaps never-ending level of stress events are entering your life. Things like routine check-ups and PSA testing create a comfortable environment for stress to build up and over time will cause more health issues.

So, I decided to put together a short video series on the many ways I deal with stress and prostate cancer. Perhaps some of these may help you on your journey as well.
