Stress and anxiety are never a good combination. 

Apparently being on edge 24/7 generates a never-ending dump of cortisol, a powerful hormone that is generally associated with the “fight or flight” response. That is good if you are in immediate danger but not so if you are ALWAYS stressed.

How can we better manage our stress?
