If you are newly diagnosed, it may feel overwhelming as you take in all the information about treatment options, risk of potential side-effects, getting a second opinion, and thinking about who you can talk to. As well, you will most likely struggle with how you and/or your partner or family deal with this diagnosis and your emotions.
