Artificial Sphincter Insertion, any testimonies?

I just joined and found your post. Sorry if the info is too late. My husband had a Boston Artificial Urinary Spincter implanted in 2017 after experiencing incontinence following a RP in December 2017. He has had no issues with it and it has worked well for him. He does have occasional leakage if he is very active and likely depressing the release ball with his movement. He would do the out patient surgery again, it has improved the quality of his life.
