Gleason 4 + 3

Hello, my PSA is 4.40 so was referred to a urologist. I had a MRI and was given a PRADS score of 4. Just had a transperineal biopsy and my gleason score is 4 + 3. I have stage T2c cancer. I have been scheduled for a PSMA scan and based on that will determine treatment. My urologist advised me that I can go with robotic surgery minimally invasive or radiation. Just want to get some opinions on what would be the best course of action.
