PSA 117, Gleason 10, Metastatic to Pelvic Bones, my story

Hello, I'm 51 years old and was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer in December 2024. PSA 117, Gleason 10, metastatic to pelvic bones and nodes, all the big numbers. A grim diagnosis to say the least.

I went from PSA 117 to undetectable (<0.1) in 5 months. I know this is not unique, but I believe less common than not. I wanted to share how I got there using traditional methods and untraditional methods.

Nov 2024 - had bladder problems, knew something serious was likely
Nov 2024 - Went strict carnivore diet, cutting sugars 100% (10g carbs/day)
Dec - Biopsy revealed Gleason 10 cancer
Dec - PET scan revealed metastatic in pelvic bones (no organs thankfully)
Jan 18 - Firmagon shot (PSA 117)
Feb 1 - Abiraterone 1000mg
Feb 17 - PSA 0.7 (very good reaction)
Feb 18 - Lupron shot
Feb 18 - Other protocol started (Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Mebendazole)
Mar 18 - PSA 0.3
April - Increased Fenben and Ivermectin doses
June 10 - PSA undetectable (<0.1)

Actions taken:
Carnivore Diet
Cut sugars
Extra protocol - 1mg/kg Ivermectin, 888mg Fenbendazole, 200mg Mebendazole
Supplements: turmeric, berberine, vit D3, vit C, calcium, mag

Results:
Eliminated blood pressure meds
Lost 35 lbs (some muscle mass after shots, most lost before shots)
Surprised Urologist and Oncologist
I did not undergo any chemo or radiation, only hormone and Iver protocol

Summary
While I can in no way prove that Ivermectin/Fenben/Meben protocol contributed to these results, I believe they did. There is too much information coming out for them. I will qualify that I had PSA 117 to 0.7 with only Firmagon shot, so take it for what it is. Getting to zero was while on Lupron and the Iver protocol. Do your own research, this is not advice it's just what I did.

Diet is my view is a huge factor, being in strict carnivore for 6 months was not easy but it did simply life in many ways. My blood work is very good, all the things that the doctors said about carnivore were exactly opposite of what happened to me. I had gout in 1 foot pretty bad, they said beef would be a terrible idea. I eat mostly beef on carnivore and gout is gone, as are all body aches and pains. Inflammation is real and a keto or carnivore diet will eliminate it.

I buy my Ivermectin, Fenben, Meben from India (indiamart). It feels like a sketchy process but has served me very well and saved me thousands of dollars (if you can even get it in the US).

From here I don't know what will happen or what my next 5 years looks like. For now I'm quietly celebrating these small victories and going to PSA zero was not something I thought would happen after reading all the data and gloom and doom out there. A year from now I might be on the other end of luck, I don't know.

Stay positive, work hard, stay disciplined - it will help with more than just your cancer, it will open your eyes to what you are capable of doing.
