  1. Hi I am glad you have reached out. This must be very frustrating for you. I found this forum discussion with options that I hope can help you: https://prostatecancer.net/stories/urinary-incontinence. Please keep us posted on how you are doing. Jill (Team Member)

    1. Perhaps it would be a good idea wouldbe to ditch th pull up diapers andwear agood quality tape tab diaper, it will last much longer andis much easier to change! This will be much better until you find a perfect soution .good luck!!

      1. Hello, did you do the pelvic exercises they recommended, when I had my prostatectomy the doctor gave me instructions on paper how to do pelvic exercises to help the incontinence, I'm at 98% cured of incontinence after 7 months so I'd recommend pelvic exercises you can look up videos on youtube, good luck buddy

        1. I had a catheter for 2 1/2 months after surgery, and leaked several years after. Eventually, I had a bladder sling installed. It has helped tremendously, and I go through one light pad per day now.

          1. Jaffe : The sling can make a huge difference, and I'm glad to hear the procedure resulted in a positive outcome. Being proactive is often the best approach. Dennis(ProstateCancer.net TEAM)
