Recurrence after surgery survey

I just had surgery and a the pathology report was very good. I am hopeful that this might be indicative of being done with PC. Below is some of my data and I am curious how it plays out for others so if you can post either no recurrence or recurrence with time after surgery along with the following data:
1) PSA prior to biopsy
2) Biopsy results
3) Post surgical pathology and the extent and details of positive margins.
4) Additional treatment if any.
5) PSA trajectory if recurrence.

Feel free to add additional data.

My data currently at surgery plus 4 weeks:
1) PSA prior to biopsy was 7. Slow monitored climb over two years
2) Fusion biopsy explored 2 regions of interest that turned out to have a 3+3 and a 4+4.
3) I was ADT treating for two months prior to surgery with Orgovyx as I was going to do radiation before I changed my mind. This may have impacted tissue pathology which indicated one are of 3+4 and all surgical margins and 17 lymph nodes were all negative for prostate cancer.
4) Post surgical PSA will be in about 2 weeks

I would also be appreciative if anyone knows, and can post links, to this kind of data outside of this discussion.

  1. My PSA prior to surgery was 7, biopsy showed cancer cells, Gleeson of 4/3.
Robotic surgery, all margins negative. PSA 0.2

First recurrence 5 years later, we did salvage radiation, PSA went back to 0.3

Second recurrence another 5 years PET scan detected and directed radiation monitoring with CAT scan

Now 4 years out from that, PSA 0.1

Now 80, no issues, radiation oncologist tests every six months
