Loss of punishment sensitivity
I had a prostatectomy 3 years ago and then had a simple sling surgery to deal with incontinence...after sling surgery my penis has lost sensitivity to the point where it's difficult to have an orgasm.
Anyone else experienced this?
What can I do now?

Based on your description ...Perhaps some nerve damage may have taken place during sling surgery. Have you discussed the issue with your urologist?. Some hospitals have one or more MD's who specialize in after surgery erection issues. there was starting to besome difficulty reaching organizations before the sling surgery...but I definitely noticed a significant difference afterwards...and I still have a small amount of bladder leakage as well
