Hi . Believe it or not PSA levels can actually reach into the thousands, although very rare and generally associated with very advanced prostate cancer. Have you had a chance to speak to a urologist? I ask because a specialist can be quite helpful in the diagnostic process. It is important to get answers, as this article on the PSA notes that blood in the urine can be a prostate cancer symptom, although there are a number of potential other causes: https://prostatecancer.net/diagnosis/psa-test. In addition, while, as I noted PSA can go much higher, this article notes that "If PSA levels are above 10 ng/mL, the likelihood of this being due to prostate cancer is above 50%:" https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/319551. I don't say this to scare you, but rather provide the information so that if it is prostate cancer you can catch it early and improve the prognosis. Wishing you the best and please feel free to keep us posted on how you are doing and to ask further questions. Richard (Team Member)
