Medicare declined PSMA test bill

I had the PSMA test last January 4 at Genesis Cancer Care in Jacksonville, FLA. At my first contact with them, I asked to be sure that Medicare was going to cover. I spoke with a total of 4 people and all of them said it was fine. Of course I had to sign the "you're responsible for your bill" thing.

Today, 5+ months later, I got a Medicaid statement saying they were not covering a bit more than 22K in bills from Genesis. I'm concerned but am just going to wait and see what happens. I expect Medicare will have communicated the reason to Genesis and they will refile.

Did anyone else have problems with Medicare covering the PSMA test? Did you have to do any extra pushups? If so what? Any tips appreciated.
