I stocked up on Depends Briefs, which I used for about two weeks. I then switched to Depends maximum absorbency guards and finally to Depends lightweight shields. I quickly realized that I didn't need any protection at night or while relatively sedentary. I was happy that my incontinence improved so rapidly. I still use a lightweight shield during vigorous exercise.

Hi , in addition to Will's comment above, I wanted to share with you another comment we received on the Facebook post:
Donald: "Find a good physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor therapy. I went to two sessions and have not had any issues with incontinence."
Sending you the best,
